minilog Another pearl of this constantly renewed inventiveness duo. Return to the rhythms after the long (and superb) ambient tracks of the last few months, and a winning return : surprising, zigzagging, a very inspired journey full of sound meteors !

about

August 2020 and the pandemic lockdown restrictions are starting to be eased in the UK. We are still unable to meet together as we used to - side-by-side in the same room. The wonderful weather means we can meet outside and maintain social distance to experiment with a different way of working.

So we met up in a friend's garden on a hot sunny day in August with birds tweeting around us and sometimes a gentle breeze. It led to these new tracks being created which have a slightly different feel about them, influenced by techno and trip-hop and our usual brand of Berlin-style experimentation.

We hope you enjoy it.

The album title is of course taken from the famous Hieronymus Bosch painting

Artwork by Bosch, warped by Meader.
